1. Digital Nature of Our Services

HyprFit is a subscription-based digital service. All features — including AI coaching, meal analysis, and workout plans — are delivered immediately after purchase. As such, once access is granted, we do not generally offer refunds except as outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

We will consider refund requests under the following conditions:

The refund request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date

The user has not excessively used the AI service (defined as >3 full sessions or uploads)

The issue relates to a technical failure or non-delivery of service despite valid access

Duplicate payments were charged unintentionally

Refunds are not guaranteed, and each case is reviewed individually.

3. No Refunds For:

Change of mind after purchase

Lack of results or dissatisfaction due to personal expectations

Forgetting to cancel a subscription before the renewal date

Inactivity during the subscription period

Failure to read or understand the features before purchase

 

4. How to Request a Refund

Full name and email used for purchase

Date and amount of purchase

Reason for requesting a refund

Screenshot of the issue (if applicable)

We will respond to your request within 3–5 business days.

5. Payment Processor Terms

HyprFit processes payments through third-party platforms (such as Paddle or Stripe). Refunds, if approved, will be issued via the original payment method, subject to the terms and processing timelines of the payment provider.

6. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or change this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your agreement to the updated policy.
